I have always thought Bristol was great but this past weekend I got a real education. In a temporary lapse in judgment, I called another plumber in an emergency. They came out and gave me a bid that was astronomical. I told them to leave and called Mike at Bristol, The next day, he came out and did the job quickly and professionally for roughly 20% of what the other outfit bid.

This is a great guy, a good business and someone you should stick with regardless of the circumstances. Really knows his stuff and really works hard to do it right the first time for a reasonable price.

Very highly recommended. Can't say enough good things about Mike and Bristol.

Quick Relief Plumbing was very helpful in solving my daughter's drain issue. Anthony was great, he explained the issue, fixed
the problem, and educated us on how to keep the drain from clogging again. The company offers a warranty and stands by their work. We would not only use Quick Relief Plumbing again but we would also recommend them to others.

Wanted full payment upfront without doing any work. When i called the office I was told payment was due once service was complete. I preceded to ask why then did the two technicians one being Chad, requested payment upfront in cash or by paying with credit card to the office. She transferred me to a voicemail. I called back and spoke to adam and he claimed that the policy was that the techs get to decide who they request money upfront from. I then requested to speak to management. Waited over 30 minutes, adam said i couldn't keep tying up his line and that pete would call me back the same day and of course nothing. This is one of the few times ive ever been discriminated against. I would suggest not using their services they are so unprofessional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
