Richard C. was very knowledgeable and took time to dig deeper in to finding the source of the issue. I had questions and concerns and he took time to explain exactly what the original diagnosis could have been. After realizing that wasn’t the source of the issue he took the time to find the less obvious source of the problem. I appreciated that he investigated enough to find the soy source and gave me detailed info on how to resolve it. I appreciated the info and explanations in the process. He didn’t seem rushed or hurried to “ get to the next client. He took his time and was thorough. I’d recommend using their services for any heating and cooling needs. He even apologized for it being the 3rd visit out to my house. I appreciated it.

Very pleased with the service, the attention given and how even though it was a long day for them and they were booked pretty solid, they still fit me in. On the first hot day this year, which spanned the upper 90’s for 4 good days, I turned on my AC to find that it didn’t come on or work at all, but had a Freon leak and had emptied over the winter. I called all over the city for someone to come help us, everyone was booked up. Morton Man fit me in same day and got me back in a livable climate. The pricing was very fair as well, which we appreciated so much, since no one exactly plans to have those unexpected types of expenses pop up. I’ll be calling them for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Kyle was fantastic very knowledgeable in his field was very informative on the task at hand. Brandom and Ernie these guys were awesome both of them are very down to earth. They explained everything in terms that you can understand and didn't hesitate to answer any questions we had. Great crew, worked very well together, like a well oiled machine.

I had an issue with my water heater, called in on Friday, Nate came out same day and was able to point out the issue. My water heater was older and was done with. Got a new water heater installed the following Monday.I went with Mission because they were highly rated and the fact that they cover many areas is always great going through just one company.Thank you.

I had new flooring installed which was a lower height than the previous tile floor. Because of this, the toilet sat about an inch higher than the new floor and the flooring installers just jammed some pieces of old subflooring around the toilet base and called it good. Of course, the toilet ended up leaking as the wax seal broke from the toilet rocking back and forth. I called LBA and they sent Jason McClain out to re-set it and replace some plumbing as well. I was extremely happy with Jason's work and he was friendly and very nice too. He did a great job re-setting the toilet to where it sits flush now (no pun intended, haha) and even put silicone around the base. The plumbng in the basement that he replaced looks shiny and pretty now instead of all corroded like it was. Jason was very neat, clean and organized throughout the entire job and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Thanks LBA and Jason!
