Josh was Great Knowlegable did the job he was there to do explained what he did & that everything was as it should be, reccomend we replace the Filter which I did and maintenance for the a coil and drain tube which know one else had ever reccomend to us in 8 seasons I had josh do that he left everything better than it was when he got there. Hope I get him again next season! Thanks Josh

This is my second bad experience with AB May. I last used their services 2 years ago so I thought maybe the experience would be different. It wasn't. I was called today and informed I was on the schedule for services. I was told to be prepared for a call and the tech would be there in 30 minutes. I planned my day according to this information. At 5p I placed a follow up call to check on the status because I was not contacted. I was told I was still on the schedule for today but if I did not hear from anyone by 8 to call the office and I would be scheduled for tomorrow. I called the office at 8 to remind them to schedule me for tomorrow. To my surprise I was informed that I would not be able to be seen for 3 days.This contradicted all I had been told for the entire day. If I had known this potential outcome I would have called a different company sooner. I have been without water for 48 hours. Now, at 8p many options for rescheduling are closed and I've wasted a day I could have been working with another company.This is the second time AB May has demonstrated a lack of integrity, professionalism, or care for potential customers.Do not use this company.

Jesse was very professional and very nice and new what he was doing. He got the problem fixed fast and made sure that he cleaned up any mess there was. If you have any plumbing problems this is the place I will be contacting. Thank you Jesse.

Gave them a call at 12:30 and by 12:34 called back and came to my house at 3 o'clock. Unclogged a basement drain. Friendly, professional and reasonable pricing. Will use again when needed.
