Firl was helpful and quick. After I replaced a blower motor myself I called and asked for a recharge. He came out checked everything, issues I was having after I replaced motor was because AC kicked on in peak heat of day. Rather than bs'ing me and trying to upsell a bunch of stuff, he was an honest broker and didn't do stuff just to run up a tab. Enjoyed working with Firl.
