Came over with basically no notice to check my spouse's DIY attempt at installing a new water heater. It turned into a several hours job of basically redoing the entire thing. They stayed well after their normal hours, were exceedingly kind, and still cost about half what Roto Rooter had quoted just for installation labor a week before. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! Glenn, the technician sent, did a great job. Evaluated the probable source of the drain blockage and ran the camera to confirm. Ran the snake all the way to the main. Said the line was in good condition given it's age. No extra cleaning of that line needed. Going to have him back to ck another line at the other end of the house. Great service.

I used the guys at QP for a broken faucet replacement and when they came out I realized they also did HVAC. The faucet repair went from what I thought would be complicated to a painless fix, and they handled the other issue I was having on the HVAC side while they were at it. Glad to have intelligent and efficient people save me from a lot bigger issues. Big fan.. will highly recommend them to anyone asking.
