Best Home Drain in Kansas City MO

Had sanitary sewer bubbling up from our basement drain. Called at 2 am on a Saturday, that's when I found the problem, and they dispatched me someone not even 8 hours later. His name was Josh Palazzolo. He was very good at what he did. Very patient and professional. I would highly recommend him! He deserves a bonus from the company for being so awesome! He had us fixed up in less then an hour and a half! Keep up the good work. God bless you! Jesus Christ is Lord!

I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR ABOUT A MONTH A WATER LINE HAD BUSTED AND CAUSED MY BASEMENT TO FLOOD. JOHN THE PLUMBER WAS A REFERRAL FROM A FAMILY MEMBER. ON JULY 28th 2021 MR. JOHN AND HIS WATER LINE CREW SHOWED UP IN THE MORNING AROUND 9am AND WAS DONE AROUND 1:30pm. THEY MADE MY DAY. MR. JOHN AND HIS CREW IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE WHEN IT COMES TO ANY PLUMBING NEEDS I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS CREW.

People on the phone can’t even let you ask questions... would be better if they can HEAR their customers instead of talking over them.

These plumbers did not wear a mask into our home or even bring masks and ask about wearing them! They are doing all kinds of house calls and refusing to take the basic health and safety precautions that are required in all of Kansas City. Furthermore, they didn't have the correct tools for the job and had to draw out the work. I could have excused that but I am awfully upset that they put our household at risk today without a second thought.

Kevin was amazing. We have only owned our home for not even 24hrs and the main drain backed up into the house. Kevin came out as quick as he could and fixed it. He was kind professional and all the in between. I would recommend him every time!

We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed. We've now had two visits, both resolved our issues completely and now we have a new plumber. If you need plumbing help - Give Bill Fry, the Plumbing Guy, A Try! 😄. I believe you will be glad you did.

Went through the home and checked all plumbing gave fair estimates with great presentation as professionalism. Free of charge inspection with water sensor was nice. Will be in touch. Would recommend.

I used KP plumbing to clear a drain. They were prompt and fair priced. I would use them again if need be.

I can’t thank Sewer doctors enough for their hard work and expertise. I have a client whose home is under contract and the only think we needed to close was a sewer scope from the house to the city. I called two other sewer companies to help out and unfortunately both failed. Neither one could make it to the city sewer but both charged for their time and work. Justin with Sewer Doctor came by and in no time flat he was able to scope the line all the way to the city. He did such a great job I can not thank him enough.

These guys were great! I left a message for them to call back. They were in the middle of another call and apologetic that they missed my call. It was a quick response over after, found the leak behind my shower and got it fixed in a timely manner. The price was very fair and the customer service was exceptional! I'll be using them from now on!

Mark and his guys made a very unfortunate situation a very pleasant and easy process. Every issue that we had or question that we had was answered quickly and gave complete peace of mind. The work that they did was cleaned up each day to the point where you wouldn't have even known anyone was there and they would up turning a huge headache into a major upgrade for our home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and using them for future projects.

I used the guys at QP for a broken faucet replacement and when they came out I realized they also did HVAC. The faucet repair went from what I thought would be complicated to a painless fix, and they handled the other issue I was having on the HVAC side while they were at it. Glad to have intelligent and efficient people save me from a lot bigger issues. Big fan.. will highly recommend them to anyone asking.
