Our A/C is working but not well. It’s taking over an hour plus to get down to 76-77 degrees. Spoke to someone at 830am expecting to have to schedule for tomorrow or later this week which is fine, we would manage until then. Surprised to find out they could be here this afternoon, maybe early afternoon is what I was quoted. I was also told I needed to turn off my A/C in case it was something freezing up. I asked if I could wait for a bit but was told it’s best to do right away. We turned off our A/C at 830am. By 3pm we hadn’t heard anything. Again, understanding it’s busy summer season, but just trying to determine if it would still be an appointment today, I called. My house was at 90 degrees and I have small kids and pets. If they couldn’t make it today, that’s fine and I’ll just turn on my A/C for the night. I called just to explain I was okay waiting til tomorrow if they were behind but in the middle of my sentence I was interrupted by Shannon “ma’am we are very very busy today so what’s your address?” Very rudely. I understand it’s busy and that maybe she’d had a bad day. However, I was rudely interrupted before I could even explain reason for the call and pretty much dismissed immediately. I was so put off by the behavior that we ended up canceling the service and calling another company who was here within the hour.

We've been trying to figure out the best way to cool the upstairs in our turn-of-the-century house, in addition to replacing our old downstairs A/C unit for many years. The bids we received were either too expensive or we felt didn't meet our needs. LBA got us the right bid with the right plan. The installers were prompt and professional and did great work.
