Absolutely outstanding. This is an owner/operator. He is running a small business and does great work. The guy you speak with on the phone is the guy putting in your water heater. I researched pricing and other services provided in the area and KC Water Heaters was the best option. He charged me hundreds less for parts than others and worked on the job until it was done right. The install of my water heater ended up being a longer job due to the age of the home, the vents and the piping. KC Water Heaters ensured everything was squared away. He even checked his work - noticed a small leak in a fitting. He took extra time and effort to make sure it was PERFECT. This is clearly an individual who cares about his business and customers. He does the great work at lower cost than other major plumbers. Give him a call if you need a water heater. Photos attached are before and after photos of the install.

We've had to contact R-Mech a few times in the last year for various reasons. Our first visit was over a holiday weekend on an emergency visit because our floor drain was backing up and they were able to confirm they could make it out that night, in fact, they were on their way within an hour. We had a young infant sleeping and the technician was able to opt for a quieter device to clean it out. Our 2nd visit was another emergency holiday weekend unfortunately, our AC froze up. Again, they were able to confirm they would make it out that night. With a youngin, we didn't want her overheating with the summer temps, so timeliness was everything. He was able to describe what had happened, what the fix would be and what the prognosis would be. Our last two visits have been to replace our water heater and then a separate visit to fix our toilet. Jon was our technician for both of those visits and he is beyond courteous and such a trustworthy technician. Both times he has been super efficient in completing the tasks and always cares for the way things are left. He has looked out for other issues and kept us informed through each process. We are happy to have a reliable plumber in him. Overall everyone from this company has been so polite and easy to work with, from scheduling to timeliness to completion. Most of all for us as new parent with an infant, they were always respectful of her sleep, our time and keeping areas safe while working. They truly care for the customer more than any other company I've worked with. 100% recommend them!

I just want to say Thanks for this company coming out to the rescue for my sump pump PIPE before the freezecome in! Bryan did an awesome job in fixing it, had another company out yesterday and said they COULDN'T Fix it and said you can go get this part and that part and I'm like ok, I'm NOT a plumper myself so I had to make a call to the professional.... I will never use the other company AGAIN! J.F Denney are the right ONES!
