Allan (1512) helped me out of a crappy situation(literally)!! We called late on Friday night and he was very courteous. He notified us that he was running late but on his way. It was about midnight and his customer service was excellent. He was never rude or short. Allan explained what the issue was and got the pesky tree roots from my line. He then gave me some great advice on how to help prevent this in the future and cleaning solution advice. Thanks Allan, you da bomb!
