We had a backed up drane, standing water in the basement. Shane came out right away, was so professional, explained everything, what he was going to do and why he was he was doing it. We couldn’t of asked for a better service, with a great price!

The valve on my main water line sprung a bad leak on a Sunday afternoon and Carlos showed up within an hour of calling. He got my leak fixed and even replaced a valve that was going bad on the toilet bowl. He is prompt, professional and reasonably price. I will definitely call him when I need his services again.👍

Mary replaced my cracked cast iron main drain. I'm very happy with the result.

Other plumbers who had looked at it in the past said it couldn't be replaced without destroying the connection into the concrete. Mary was able to remove the existing pipe from the hub connection without damaging the hub. This saved a costly tearout.

Rice plumbing never returned our call.
