The technician provided excellent service the same day I requested an appointment. My gas dryer connection had developed a leak which resulted in no gas service to any of my appliances until the leak was repaired. I believe the price I paid was very reasonable.

It was a emergent situation for us. He came out and capped the pipe so we could have water. He returned the next day to finish the job. COLD weather can burst your pipes. After speaking with someone and explaining what plumbling problems I was experiencing, was put on hold for at least 15 minutes, no one came back on line. No apology or anything, ended the call, will not be calling them again.

I would Never use this company! Having encountered one of their drivers in a white panel van on I-35 yesterday, at about 5:30pm. From the Bond Bridge to the I-29 exit, he was driving like a complete lunatic. Swerving in and out of lanes and causing multiple cars to swerve and slam their brakes to avoid him. I hope this guy was experiencing explosive diarrhea, some level of excuse, at least. I left a very 'colorful', full of profanity message on your general mailbox. I hope you will know who this was. I also hope this was not the actual owner of your company. This was witnessed by many other commuters. I hope you received more calls than just mine. After he had caused me issues a few times, I shut him down nicely and let him know he was number 1. I hope this driver stays off the roads. It's pretty sad that one person has caused this review. Probably not a good idea to drive like a lunatic in a company vehicle, covered with your company information. I was still shaking and furious when I left a very nasty message in your general mailbox. I sincerely apologize to whomever had the displease of hearing it.
