KB consistently responds promptly to service requests and every serviceman who has come into my home has been amazing. They are all knowledgeable whether it’s plumbing, heating or cooling. They are conscientious about being careful and cleaning up. They explain the services they have provided and the billing accordingly. The office staff is also delightful and understanding on the phone. I highly recommend this company!
