We hired The Sewer Doctors for a sewer line camera inspection, and they performed the inspection quickly and professionally. The job was complete in 20 minutes, and the inspector walked me through what he had found, provided a maintenance recommendation, and emailed me a video and a report. Honestly, exactly what I wanted from an inspection.
The reason I hired them in the first place was because they were one of the only companies actually willing to tell me a price when I called them. Meanwhile, I called 3 other plumbing companies, and all of them refused to even give me a range of what it might cost, saying they would only tell me after they send someone out. I know that is a recipe for high pressure sales tactics, and I was not interested in that kind of business behavior.
I appreciate The Sewer Doctors for their upfront pricing, their quick service, and their professionalism. I would definitely recommend them to others in the Olathe area.

I recently had to have my 90 year old clay pipe sewer line and house trap replaced. Unfortunately the sewer line also ran directly under a 50ft Oak tree. John's team arranged for the Tree removal, trench, pipe replacement, and removal of my old House trap in my home's foundation. Their bid came in under every other company that I got bids from, and included the tree removal, which other's did not. He's team was prompt, hard working, and responsible. Part of the City sidewalk was damaged by mistake when the tree was brought down, and John's team took care of making sure that the repairs to that got taken care of too. The day after they were done, I spent time with a tree root waterer, pumping water into the back filled trench/mound, and got it to settle about 1 foot down in under 3 hours. Without being prompted or asked, one of Johns crew drove by to see how the mound was settling, because I had told him my plans to pump the trench with water, saw how much it had dropped on Sunday already, and helped re-dress the mound and push more dirt into the settled trench. Their good guys and I highly recommend them, and thanks to them, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a good looking lawn again come spring time.

Cory came out and was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He did his job in a reasonable about of time due to the issues we had. I highly recommend him and would definitely refer everyone that need a plumber to contact Zoom and ask for him. Thanks Zoom.

Michael (1932) was able to arrive at our house within 2 hours of my call on a Saturday. We had a back up of sewage water in our basement bathroom. He was very professional and courteous and quickly discovered that we had a clogged main line. He took care of the problem and even took the time to answer my kids' many questions about what he was doing. We are very appreciative of his good service.

Daniel was quickly able to identify the problem and spent over a hour on a very challenging job. Further he proactively offered a solution to avoid further problems. His expertise and professionalism were exceptional.
