I had one of those days where I went into my basement saw water and discovered something, somewhere was leaking. I called Pierpoint to come out and investigate the issue. They were able to get me on the schedule fairly quickly and were very friendly. They ended up arriving ahead of schedule the day of (which was great - no one likes extra water dripping out for hours) and they quickly identified the problem and fixed it! I'm so thankful for their service and will use them again!

Zachary was incredibly effecient and knew exactly how to fix our clogged drain. He was able to fix the issue in less time, and for less, than the initial estimate. I fully trust this company's work, easily the best plumber in KCMO!

They are GREAT! we have had them out now a few times for a couple different reasons they always go over and above and their cost is much lower than others and very reasonable.

we recently got a bid from another plumbing company and they said $8,000 of work was needed.

We had plumbing plus over it was $150 for a visit and advice. all we needed to do was go spend $15 for a cover

No problems or smells since. Always glad to save $7,800 !!!

I have used A1 now for four separate projects and have been extremely happy. A1 has fixed toilets, replaced circuit breakers, changed out light fixtures, repaired some damage to our ceiling, demoed and installed new flooring in the main floor of our home. Brett is respectful, helpful, communicative and was willing to go the extra mile for us when we were trying to put our house on the market. I've found my new handyman for any and all things now! Would definitely recommend to you and have already recommended to friends.

First the quality for the work was terrible, the tech left all the screws out when he put the cooler back together. They charged me 2400.00 dollars to replace 2 cooling fans. I have no issue on the labor if the work was done correctly. The kicker is that they charged me 1200.00 dollars for 2 cooling fans that I found out today are 90 dollars each. That is like a 600% price increase. I needed help fixing my cooler and what I received was getting taken for a ride. I would not recommend CEI.
