I had no experience at all. Someone came over on a Wednesday to get a better idea of what I wanted done. I needed about 350 square feet of LVP put in, six lower cabinets installed, repair work on the garage, and some flashing on my porch roof. He took some measurements, made some notes, and said I will get you a quote, probably Monday.

It is now Saturday, and I have not heard one word from anyone. Even an email to say thanks, but no thanks, would have been nice. I guess my project wasn't going to be a good money maker, so they decided to move on. 🤷

I have definitely moved on and found someone who will do the work.

Talking to receptionist to set both quote and installation appointments was very pleasent talking to her.They came next day with free quote very competitive pricing for installation of water heater, expansion tank and hauling off the old very heavy water heater.Zack worked hard, efficient and very professional.

Used them for 16 years, Moved to own house charged me $100 to tell me what I already knew.. Huge price to replace garbage disposal. Never again.
