I had a hot water heater go out on a Saturday. Danny came to repair but the fix would have been too high for a 10 yr. old unit. It was getting late in the day but he stayed to install a new water heater, and saved me several hundred dollars by advising me to purchase the water heater from Lowe's. The fact he stayed late to do the installation saved me from having to deal with the problem during a busy work week, as well as getting hot water back in one day. This is the second time I have used them for plumbing work. They do great work at fair prices and look out for their customers best interests.

The guys who come out to your house do great work and arrive within the appointed window. Pricing is quite reasonable as well. The office staff are polite and seem to know their work, but not very quick to follow up if you have to leave a message, which, it seems, you often have to do. Will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Water was pouring out the top of our grinder. Without even opening it, the technician told us the motor needed to be replaced & it would cost $2500. We thanked them for coming out on a Sunday & paid for the service call. Morgan Miller fixed everything today for $1600.

The technician from Roto-Rooter, Jason Meyer (131) came out today to handle an emergency call. Jason was professional and extremely helpful. We are very please with his service and will always call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs.

Annually, it is must that we have professional services for our A/C, furnaces, and duct exchange. These guys are always helpful and we have never been unsatisfied with their service. They always come on time and always provide great experience. Thumbs up for you!

From start to finish dealing with Above & Beyond Plumbing was seamless. From scheduling to completion everything was as promised. Chad was by far the BEST plumber I have ever dealt with. Honest, polite, efficient, professional, timely and most importantly did an EXCELLENT job. All around nice guy too!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unethical, and their tactics border on illegal. They falsely advertise as legitimate plumbing companies with their Google PPC ads, but have the number to their call answering service listed rather than the company they're advertising as, tricking people into thinking they're calling for that particular company, before selling that lead off to another plumbing company. This is costing real, legitimate, hard-working plumbing companies business and customers. This happened to the company I work for, and we currently have our lawyers looking into the matter. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
