Might just be my new go-to plumber. I called this morning to get on the schedule for an in-home consultation and someone answered immediately. Those big names sometimes won’t answer and certainly don’t return you call if you leave a message. They had next day availability but I was told there was a chance I could get someone out as soon as the afternoon. Well, sure enough they were able to fit me in. Let me tell you, Kevin and Luke are some of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Kevin quickly diagnosed my issue and got the work done fast (I’m doing a small bathroom reno and need to switch from a 2 handle shower to a single). Like a real pro, he made recommendations that will end up saving me some money. The service from CPS is top notch, I’m certain that I’ll be using them again in the future.

They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

Chris was our service representative. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient. Quick, ontime service, and they stuck to their estimate! We will definitely use True Blue for future plumbing needs!

They are GREAT! we have had them out now a few times for a couple different reasons they always go over and above and their cost is much lower than others and very reasonable.

we recently got a bid from another plumbing company and they said $8,000 of work was needed.

We had plumbing plus over it was $150 for a visit and advice. all we needed to do was go spend $15 for a cover

No problems or smells since. Always glad to save $7,800 !!!

The service was great. I called and the repairman was there the same day but we waited until the next morning since we didn't know how far he would have to go o clear the line. He was back at the time he indicated he would be and in short order the drain was clear. He was very nice and polite and helpful. I recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone having drain problems.

Serviceman, Nate, came right on time. He analyzed the problem, got his equipment and went right to work. He gave us a quote and stuck to it when he finished. Very nice technician, worked hard and I could tell he wanted nothing less than a great outcome. I would highly recommend Nate and the company again and would refer them as well. Very pleased indeed. 😀
