I had no experience at all. Someone came over on a Wednesday to get a better idea of what I wanted done. I needed about 350 square feet of LVP put in, six lower cabinets installed, repair work on the garage, and some flashing on my porch roof. He took some measurements, made some notes, and said I will get you a quote, probably Monday.

It is now Saturday, and I have not heard one word from anyone. Even an email to say thanks, but no thanks, would have been nice. I guess my project wasn't going to be a good money maker, so they decided to move on. 🤷

I have definitely moved on and found someone who will do the work.

We had a great experience with Quick Relief Plumbing sent to us by our Home Warranty company American Home Shield. Anthony was really polite and knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We had pressure regulator valve (PRV) for our home that broke which they replaced and added a gauge this time so we could tell if PRV working or broken in future. We had several toilets leaks and a kitchen faucet leak possibility due to the PRV being broken which they fixed. They where easy to get a hold of and communicated their plans well. We will use them again in the future.

Dayton and his companion were professional and friendly and did the job for a fair price. We were really pleased that we got a 1-hour window for their arrival and were promised service less than 24hrs after we called for it. We will use Pierpoint again in the future!

Just had Quality Plumbing leave my residence and I can't say enough about how good of a job Danny and Jim did with our gas line installation to our new gas fireplace. Danny was able explain each available option, three different ones, and which would be the easiest/most cost effective for all parties involved. Needless to say they were done ahead of schedule and were also able to replace a leaky anti-freeze sillcock that has been out of commission for far too long due to the difficulty of accessing it in the crawl space.I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill that it was substantially cheaper than another respected plumber in the Northland. Will only hire Quality Plumbing for any of my household needs going forward!
