Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

L&P replaced 50 feet of sewer drain pipe, had to dig it up from below ground. They began first day I called for service. Their personnel were professional and friendly and allowed me to look over their shoulder every step of the way (very patient with me). Their price was very reasonable, much lower than other quotes that I received.

I was optimistic about using Thunderbird Plumbing to replace a water heater in our home after reading some of the reviews and after my initial contact with them. Unfortunately, the owner seems to have become offended by my asking him how many years of experience his technicians have and if are they certified. The owner's first response was You likely found us by our reviews? I couldn't tell how many water heaters we've replaced. I responded that I wasn't trying to insult anyone and apologized if it came across that way. I was just looking for some peace of mind. He responded with No worries, just let us know if you have any more questions. So I again asked if he could tell me how approximately how many years of experience his technicians have. To this I received two responses - one stating each technician's years of experience, and then another email that said I’m going to respectfully decline. You take care.

The valve to the refrigerator ice maker had a leak that needed immediate repair. I called Santana Plumbing Company after hours and I was quickly given an ETA for a diagnostic estimate and repairs. The ice maker box with quarter turn brass valve and the hammer arrester were replaced within minutes. Jaime had all of the required equipment and tools needed. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality, quality and very reasonable fees. Hired Good Flow Plumbing to do a camera inspection of a sewer line when buying a home. Once on site, I found out that their snake with recording capability was broken, so they didn't provide me with a video of the snaking. In an email reply after the fact, they told me recordings are only done if requested ahead of time but I was never offered that option even though it is normal to provide evidence of the sewer line inspection...Luckily my realtor was there and recorded a video of the screen with her phone. We also didn't receive a report for the inspection either. Just an invoice with 3 sentences describing what they saw on the camera.Would not hire again.

Completely satisfied with the service. Yesterday my air conditioning stopped cooling, it was very hot so I went to turbo, in less than 3 hours Carlos, who was very kind and efficient. He ran a full diagnostic and fixed what was wrong, the filter, in this case. It was a very efficient and immediate service, very grateful to Carlos and turbo for their work.

ARS was able to dispatch a plumbing technician to unclog the drain of our house on the same day. We were very happy about the quality of the initial work, especially that was close to the Thanksgiving holiday. During the initial visit, the technician ran a camera and found tree roots growing in the sewer line, which requires additional repair. Mr. Robert Woodward took over the case. Robert was very knowledgeable and gave us an estimate on the same day. When we decided to delay the repair until after holidays, Robert was patient and understanding. What happened later proved that we made a mistake not to go ahead with the major repair immediately as suggested. On December 29th, our drain backs up again. I called Robert in the early morning of the 30th, and he immediately made calls to secure a spot in a very tight holiday schedule. We are very thankful since this is a significant amount of work (required 2 technicians), and it was carried out on New Year's Eve. Robert ran the camera again after the repair. He even came back on New Year's Day to remove all the rocks from the digging. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and response time of the service and we highly recommend ARS. John was FANTASTIC! I had troubles installing a new fan in a bedroom. Installed one everywhere else in the house just fine but this one room was not working out. Had a handyman come out and he couldn’t figure it out either. Explained everything to John. Told him I’d be at my computer if he needed me and literally just as I had sat down, he said he knew what the issue was. He explained in details to me (because I’m a nerd) what was going on and how things were supposed to work. (Original electrician who installed cut corners) And John had it up and running super quickly! Definitely will call back in the future and refer to clients of mine for work. Very well priced. Especially compared to SALT…. THANKS JOHN!! (John deserves the cake ?)

I will not ever use this company for my plumbing needs due to reckless driving by a member of this team. This morning I was cut off by someone operating a company van causing my 7 year old to jolt forward. What's more, is I observed the driver do the same thing a few cars ahead. Safe driving can't possibly be a focus point for this company with drivers behaving this way.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, professional, and helped us greatly by installing a pressure release valve in record time. The value was outstanding and 2/3 the price we were quoted before. I recommend these guys highly.
