Cody came out to repair our water heater. He was professional, friendly, efficient & very informative. I highly recommend this company! I called and had someone come out in a half hour. Tim has been our plumber on two jobs and he was patient, helpful, and a great listener. He provided us with options based on our needs and provided excellent service and final products. We will be using Tim again for our new kitchen plumbing installation next, followed by a new water heater! We have our forever plumber!

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape.
