They were again amazing! I thought the issue was with the electrical connection. Morningstar took the time to figure out the machine was defective and not the electrical wiring. They spent all that time figuring out it was my machine not the electrical connection and did not charge me extra for their time. If you have an electrical need. Make sure you call Morningstar!

John was incredibly friendly, helpful and communicative. He answered all my questions and installed our EV chargers and went the extra mile to make sure they were done very cleanly with no exposed wiring.Very quick responses from the customer service as well!
