Talmadge was awesome - he explained step by step what he was doing, was careful with our property, and worked willingly and cheerfully in a tight space, and saved us a lot of money by rebuilding our water heater (which wasn’t a walk in the park). I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. Contacted to begin preventative HVAC maintenance. Abacus had great customer service via phone, scheduled me for the next day, and arrived on time. The tech walked through indoor/outdoor units in less than an hour, identified one capacitor issue that could impact our system in the future, and made the replacement. Great service, good value, easy to work with. Glad we set up the annual maintenance plan with Abacus!

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

We used A Deal Plumbing for an extensive remodel including relocating under slab plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms. Arnold and his crew were very professional and very responsive. They are highly skilled and use the latest diagnostic equipment to identify and solve problems. They are diligent workers and won't quit until the work is done right. They are a hard-working, teamwork based family business. They were very flexible working within our project schedule and were more than willing to share their knowledge with us. We would definitely use A Deal Plumbing on another project. They are highly recommended.

Raymond was recommended to us and we cannot be more pleased with his services. He is very responsive and professional and after snowpocalypse in Feb this year he was here the next day to assess the damage to our tankless water heater (toast) and to make sure we did not have damage to our pipes. We were so grateful! Once we finally got our new water heater, he got it installed and up and running in just a few hours and hauled away the old one. We love Raymond!

Now I want to acknowledge the guys that came out and fixed the issues the house I moved into recently. They kind, informative, and did a great job! Robert and Greg were awesome and efficient! G&M Plumbing has continued to be remarkable over the years. I regularly refer this family owned business to my clients in need. After the recent winter storm, this time I was in need of a plumber to install an on-demand water heater ASAP because my tenant had been without hot water for about a week. They were able to get Gus out quickly and the install was professionally completed. I have complete confidence in this plumbing company and highly recommend.

The owner seems like the kind of guy who may pull a gun on you at any moment. Would not feel safe doing business with this company.

Replaced my dishwasher for me. Was able to get me in earlier than scheduled, and showed up early and got the job completed so quickly.

Contacted them via their posted number. Interaction was via phone text per Plumbinators request. Received response that they had a 2-4 time slot opening. They asked for additional contact info, which I provided. But by the end of the day, they never showed and have not responded to my several queries. Extremely disappointed. I prepped the area and then waited all day, then total silence and absolutely no response. Obviously, I do not recommend them.
