They were very clear on the cost, and the damage to the tile and wall that were necessary to get to the leak. Good communication, quick repair, and they cleaned up after. Alex did a great job installing a pressure reducer and also found one internal leak under the bathtub. It took him about 3-4 hours to get the work done, and kept me informed about his work during the entire time.

These guys were awesome! I had a massive leak under my sink and tried one company that didn’t even answer the phone and then this one who replied, was kind and prompt. Not only did they fix the issue they went above and beyond to replace the long awkward pipes we had and reposition our garbage disposal to make more room under our faucet. I’ve gone through multiple tradesmen to renovate my entire house and could not believe how horrible they are here. Luckily, I found Raymond who actually shows up when he says he will, does his job well and on time, actually communicates with me on progress, and checks in to see where the other subs are in their progress. I honestly thought that this renovation was a lost cause, but thank goodness Raymond showed up! I initially hired him to install a floor mount tub filler and install new shower fixtures that involved re-routing lines in my master bath renovation. But since then, I’ve hired Raymond to install a shut off valve for my water softener, replace the shower fixtures in my kids’ bathroom, and next he’ll be installing a line in for my gas bbq. I trust Raymond completely and have already recommended him to my neighbors!

Tyler Garrison the owner and his office manager Danielle both provided support through excellent communication and problem solving to redo a tub to shower conversion started by another contractor. Finding a plumber to complete work another plumber started was a challenge with several different solutions offered and widely varying quotes and or no responses from other contractors. Tyler was a true professional taking his time to look at the job he explained in detail what needed to be done, took notes and presented a detailed estimate that was reasonable based on the other quotes I received. Honest, personable people you can count on to take care of your plumbing problems.

This company doubled my quote once it was time for payment and would not share material cost details on the invoice. Do not recommend if you care about budgeting, clarity and professionalism. Will not be using again.

Called Advanced Plumbing which was my first experience with them. I talked with Mike and he came out that morning. I had no hot water and he diagnosed why, very quickly. My water heater is in the attic and it was leaking. Thankfully the drip pan and the hose directing the water to leak outside was working properly. My water heater was not repairable. Mike explained everything very clearly to me and when my son called, he took the time to explain everything to him as well. Mike is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. He replaced my water heater and had everything done that day around 4:00 which was beyond my expectations. Excellent company to work with.

To rate I loved it wouldn't be my typical response for a plumbing problem but this time it's true.Basic stuff I can handle on my own, anything beyond that – had to call in a professional. Mojica is super nice on the phone, can’t stress this because how customer service is always a hassle with so many, not Mojica. Plus they came in, fixed the blockage with the snake wiring thing, AND didn’t leave a mess. They were prompt and didn’t give me any surprise on the bill, which was a surprise!! Do you have a home plumbing need? I recommend them for good customer service, and for service where they know what the heck they’re doing!! A+
