Best Plumbing Project in Austin TX

This is the third time using BenjaminBL Plumbing. Water pressure, dishwasher installation and 2 toilet installations….As long as I live in Austin, they will be my first call. Hands down without a doubt.Every time has exceeded my expectations. From the initial contact through to the delivery of services. The response times and common courtesy is next to none. Their team takes time to talk out the issues, make recommendations - without a hard sell or push. Nathan did a fantastic job diagnosing a dishwasher leak. He arrived promptly, and the tracking app was helpful in knowing exactly when he would arrive. He was exceptionally through, knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond to help with uninstalling my dishwasher safely so we could attend the water damage. Cap City is my go-to from now on for all plumbing issues

Jeff has installed a hot water heater a few years back, and more recently he installed a split fuel, downdraft oven. He actually charged a little less than he quoted. Honest guy.

Very pleasant experience.

Brad did a great job and took the time to really understand and solve our plumbing problems. We'd had no fewer than three other plumbers who had come out previously and proposed everything from It's hopeless, just live with it, to $6000 to excavate and lay all new pipe. Brad actually knew how (or at least was honest enough) to fix our existing fixtures, and was done in about an hour. Did I mention he was also super nice?

Joel and his team from Good Flow are exceptional! They did such a great job on moving a water heater, we had them come back and do more work on our bathroom. Joel's team showed up on time, completed the work within the time frame, and went the extra distance and alerted us to further problems on the bathroom, we were able to get everything completed at the some time. If you want the job done right the first time then Joel and his team will do that for you.

Another plumber told me that I needed to replace my water heater. One of the thermostats and elements had gone bad. Jim was able to replace the parts without costing me the expense of getting a new water heater. I was so happy not to have to pay thousands of dollars. Jim is truly a nice person and knows a lot about plumbing. He's very easy to talk with and takes the time to diagnose the problem and make sure everything is in good shape. At every step he explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. You won't go wrong if you call Jim.

I had an issue with my hot water heater’s expansion tank and Cody at Supreme Plumbing was prompt and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody in the Austin area!

Granted we went through our home warranty and that is how we found them. When the plumbers came out they looked at my husband and asked him why there was water in the over flow pan. ? They blamed a roof leak on the cause for the water heater going out (after being here for only 5 minutes), which caused our home warranty claim to be denied. After talking with a roofer they disagreed with their diagnosis and still they were unwilling to change it. Communication was not the best on their end as well. Things took way too long and I called them more than they called me. After a week with no hot water we are going elsewhere.Update: New hot water heater installed within 12 hours with the help of a plumber. Roofing company came out and accessed the roof and fix the tiny crack in the seal of the vent that was possibly moved slightly from the wind (last week). Roofing company also said since there was no damage done to the roof or under it, the likely hood that our hot water heater was ruined because of that was not a possibility.Definitely will not use confidence plumbing again, and I am telling others to do the same.

I've used Classic twice now and won't hesitate to do so again. Each time they came, it was when they said they would. When they got here, they knew what to do and they did it. As a plus, the guys they sent each time were friendly.

Just a note, these guys only do new construction.

We used the Plumbinator this week to repair a leaking coupling at our cut-off valve by the street. The technicians were friendly and ultimately did good work, from what I could tell. However in my opinion, the pricing was excessive. They spent 20 minutes digging down to the valve and diagnosing the issue. They then left for 55 minutes to get a new coupling. Upon returning, the completed the repair in 35 minutes. They then waited 45 minutes while the adhesive dried and filled in the hole. $775.00. So basically, $150 in parts and $600 in labor for just shy of 3 hours, if you want to count an hour of obtaining parts and another 45 minutes of watching glue dry as labor. This equates to over $200/hour. I just can't justify this rate nor the total price for the work performed.

I HIGHLY recommend Indigo! Beto, their plumber, was the best I’ve used! He installed a new toilet and even checked my other toilets in the house to ensure everything was working properly! He showed up on time, completed the job on time and was very nice and courteous the whole time! Stop looking for other plumbers and make Indigo your go-to. I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!

Had a water leak that was causing my lawn to sink! I contacted Mr. Torres and he came out the same day to inspect and come up with a plan to resolve the issue. Although the job was much bigger than either one of us had wanted, Mr. Torres, his son, and his crew worked promptly to resolve the leak. I definitely will use Torres Plumbing again in the future and highly recommend them!

Terry and his team came to my house multiple times to repair my water heater. He is extremely friendly and professional, and I will trust Chabert to do more of my plumbing work in the future. Thank you!
