Best New Construction in Austin TX

We called A&T because we noticed rust in our hot water. They sent Chris to our house and he was very professional. Chris looked at the rusty connectors on our water heater and he offered solutions to both repair and replace the unit. We opted to replace the 12-year-old unit and Chris did a magnificent job. His installation is a work of art and I appreciate his attention to detail and superb craftsmanship. We will use A&T again for our plumbing needs.10/12/21 update: the gas regulator on the new water heater is defective. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We called A&T and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone and they had a plumber over the next day to fix it. Great service.

L&P Plumbing is an excellent company. They always respond quickly—even on weekends. They arrive on time and assess everything before making any repairs. I value their opinion and that they only fix what is broken——they are honest about what is wrong and do not try to upcharge when the solution is minuscule. I am happy to recommend L & P to all my friends.

Really got screwed with this one. Thunderbird was great and communicative until things became a hot mess. My house is from the 50s with terrible plumbing. I received multiple repair bids ranging from 5-15k and went with Thunderbird. I did all the repairs they recommended for my house. Unfortunately, when they fixed the initial problem it brought another problem to light- bad drainage. I left 4 voicemails over the course of 2 weeks with no call back. I found an active leak that I can't get them to fix, they were going to come out one day but no show-no called. I've requested warranty information 4 times but nothing. Dealing with bad plumbing is a pain as-is but, it's worse when the person that's supposed to be fixing it goes dark.

Could not ask for better service. When I came home from work, my AC was not working... in August... Roughly 15 minutes after my call, my repairman Ernest was at my door and was able to quickly swap the faulty part and restore cool air to my home. Polite, patient, professional and extremely fast. It's always a worry, being far away when problems arise. My in-laws' parents' house has been empty for a while.
