They did a lot of work on our rent house: added a pressure valve at the meter and expansion tank at the water heater; replaced the old outside shutoff, found some roots in a drain we did not know about, and inspected and fixed a few things in the house. I was able to do it all over the phone without needing to go to the house in person. Good communication, good price, quick service, will definitely use again, thanks!

Price point gauging is ridiculous. Stay away from this place. They are the King of Kings when it comes to over the top labor cost to do a job. A $10 part will cost you $1k in labor cost to install. What a joke!

Even though the problem turned out to be more of an issue than what he originally quoted me on, he still honored his original quote and got the problem resolved in a timely manner. We had low water pressure for years & could not figure out the problem, and had thought it was the water heater. We'd even called the City of Austin on several occasions. Ultimately, found Tim!! He came in for a diagnostic, and patiently listened to all the details & checked a few faucets, showerheads & started eliminating possible causes one by one. Ultimately he recommended that we change the pressure reducing valve outside the house before trying any major plumbing work. And he even offered various options to save money when I told him I've done smaller 'DIY' repairs myself - this was great!!! By the way he didn't charge for the dignostics, as promised. We decided to have Tim do the repairs on the pressure reducing valve. Long story short, it worked like a charm!! Tim's diagnosis was spot on!! We finally have fantastic water pressure - my wife's certainly happier, not sure why we waited so long. Tim is definitely the go to giy for your plumbing needs big or small. He is highly sought after, so plan in advance. Respectful & honest, great work. Highly recommend Tim!
