Dylan with Ben Franklin plumbing was amazing and so knowledgeable and patient with us regarding our issue. Being new home owners we are learning a lot about our house and we just had a crash course in sewer plumbing. Dylan was quick, assessed the issue, provided us with great information and things to look out for, etc. He resolved our issue quickly and we also had him quote more plumbing items we need to fix sooner than later. I can rest easy now that my issue is fixed and learned a ton in the process.

Can't say enough good things about this guy.I've used Brad three times at a commercial building I'm in charge of. Two times it was a breeze, Brad got the job done no problem. On one occasion the problem was a little more complex, it involved the sewer line going to the street. Brad came, did what he could in the hope it would be a cheap fix. Sadly it wasn't. The problem came back so I called Brad and he connected me with the people who could fix our issue. Very helpful.You honestly can't ask for more from a plumber. He's honest, he's prompt, and he is very straightforward. My biggest worry is that once people learn how reliable he is, he'll get booked up. Good guys can be hard to find.

Waseem explained everything to me in simple terms and if I wanted to know more in depth or specifics, he was happy to explain in a way I understood. He is a wonderful and skilled person who took a stressful situation and handled it with complete professionalism. Thank you for sending such a great employee to me!

We had some serious plumbing issues in an old 60's era house and had it fixed by these folks in no time! Showed up same day we called and was fixed promptly. Jim was professional, informative, and transparent when explaining the problems and their respective solutions. Could not recommend this business enough!!

I hired O & M Plumbing to perform a Hydrostatic Test and it failed. Since the test failed I hired O&M Plumbing to located and give me a estimate for repairs. Antonio and his teammate were respectful, professional and very knowledgeable of their job. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns I had in locating the leak. After the leak was located, Antonio gave me a quote for repairs to include the extent of the work. Antonio came back the next week to start the job. Ben has a very good team of guys working for him. They keep their work area cleaned up the entire time. I would definitely hire this company again.

I found a leak outside my house and called Tim Stevens. He arranged his schedule to come at the earliest possible time and had my house back up and plumbing in a few hours. Very professional, and a great communicator.

We utilized Diamond plumbing for having a gas outlet for our patio kitchen and took appointment for a schedule...the initial appointment took weeks and given the market understood that its like that with every vendor but had to call many times...was about to go with different vendor but thought it wouldnt be good if i had commited work ..professiknal ethics trigerred at this point so went with this busines..initial dicussion was to have gas outlet and hook up appliances based on their BTUS or whatever..dontvspeak that language...had appliances at that time so vendor checked and said would come back after everything is ready.Unfortunately was stuck with other projects that took long that were dependent to hook up the appliances and took almost 5 months ..i know it the same everywhere with all other teams masonry, pavers what not..everything took time...when it was ready called the company and they mentioned it was too long which i get it so said i would pay extra which they charged 250 more than 1200 that they charged...and had to call many times for this and they just ignore....So texted them and said had to go with other vendor because of the emergency that other crew was forcing on and hired different plumber for hook up...while we were testing there was gas coming out of fire place and within 5 mins there is gas all over the house and had to go out and cal 911 and when entered back when we were told it was safe..As per the new plumber they mentioned these guys messed up the value and it has fire place and back kitchen gas oultets open simulataneously....its kind of a hazard..who want fire place on when its 90 in austin....and for us to enjoy kitchen the fireplace has to be lit....bad set up....i asked the new plumbers to fix it and as always they said they have to re do again which i have to spend double the amount to fix.Called the vendor from differwnt numer and picks up the phone and says that i spent too much time waiting and accepts that its their fault but would never answer my texts or calls..Seriously unprofessional ethics and bad work. Dont recommend to any..

They did a great job fixing our Water Heater as the pilot would shut off frequently. Great communication and punctuality

Miguel, the owner, did an exceptional job of replacing a water heater in a confined attic space. The attic access was through pull-down stairs, which had to be removed due to width of the new water heater. After completion of the installation, Miguel coordinated the necessary carpentry work to ensure the pull-down stairs were reinstalled properly. I would hire him again in the future without hesitation.
