Brendan came out to install a tankless heater in our home after the conventional hot water heater gave out in the attic above our kitchen. They were actually to replace both of our tanks with one tankless system. The service provided was above reproach. They communicated well and explained everything the we’re doing and showed me everything I need to know about the system. Called about a water leak on Thursday and explained that we were taking Friday off from work to fix the issue. We were told that they were definitely coming Friday. We specially asked them to call if that changed in any way. After we didn't hear from them by noontime on Friday, we called again. We were told that they were busy but would definitely come to fix the leak. They encouraged my 70-year-Old mother who was waiting for them to start digging for the water line to speed up the process. Long story short, they never came, never called, and will never be getting our business.
