Pierre’s staff are top quality, from the project manager to the installation workers.We had a situation involving old water tanks that could not easily be removed from our attic.Not only did one of the guys, who had prior experience on a frame crew, warn me off of making a significant mistake regarding a demo idea I suggested as a way to get the things out, they also cheerfully set them up again after initially draining, so that we could have water until a remedy was decided.The remedy was a Rinnai Tankless water heater.We also researched Navien and can safely say either brand is a good choice.We had been aware of the tankless option but skeptical. We shouldn’t have been. It is operating perfectly, and the savings on our energy bill are tremendous. Many other features like the smartphone app to remotely control it and the latitude they give you over parameters - regarding max heat temps for example - are persuasive examples of why you should try tankless.Regarding A & T itself though, particular recognition must go to Don, a supervisor and on-site coordinator - and his team, Drew and Daniel.These guys are pros. They can solve problems.They are available during early and odd hours, when the inevitable kinks have to be worked out. They gave us a great price.Going forward, we will be taking our all of future business there, be it mundane yearly checks, or major work.

I have used Plumb Masters for several years.They are prompt to provide assistance. Kudos to Joe and Brian. They were responsive to my hot water tank needs. They fixed the issue and found the cause of the problem. It wasn't, what I wanted to hear but they didn't do a cover up.. like I have of seen and been a product of...but safety was their concern. These guys did a great job for me on multiple occasions. The firs was an emergency leak issue that they repaired late on a Friday. I appreciated that they showed up promptly and charged a fair price for the short-notice work. On subsequent occasions, besides standard plumbing repairs, they did some work moving and repairing gas fixtures, quality work in every case. I appreciated that for scheduled service they arrived on time. Strong recommend.

We called Abacus for a panel upgrade estimate. Mr. Vinnie Guarino came out and put together a highly competitive estimate for us and helped us make sense of the work that we would be contracting for. We did not go with Abacus' services at this time, but this was only due to a coin flip between them and another estimate we requested. Definitely give Abacus a call for your plumbing, AC, or electrical needs.

They were very personable, courteous and knowledgeable. I called late this morning and they were here by 2:15!! Talk about service!! If you need anything done, don't hesitate to call them. These guys are expensive. They quoted me to find a leak and fix it. Ended up getting the work done by someone else by a 25% of the cost.

The three times that they have been to my house they've always done a great job. Communication is five stars. Always on time. Solid company.

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
