Thomas came to my house today to look a pretty severe leak in my bathtub faucet. He was awesome, informative, and on time. After receiving their quote I scheduled with them to do the repairs, and will update this review once that happens.

This is the 2nd time my AC has gone out in less than a year since I bought the new unit. Last time was over a holiday and it took several days to get the part because no one was working. This time it is over the weekend and the technician cannot get in contact with anyone to get the part because no one is working. If your technicians are working on the weekend, then they should be able to get in touch with someone to get the parts needed. The technicians are always very nice, however I’m getting tired of this new AC unit having problems and no one is working to get the part and I’m beyond frustrated. And tired of taking time off work because it keeps breaking and and no one‘s around to get the parts needed on the day it occurs.Please have it fixed so I do not have to deal with it again. The 20yr old AC unit I had before worked better than what is being installed. Please figure out the problem.
