We had a rattling noise coming from a newly installed HVAC unit. Fox Tech (Kevin Johnson) found during his diagnostic that the fan speed was set at 1200 CFM, the Y2 jumper wasnot cut and a shipping bolt for the blower motor was not removed. He removed the shipping bolt, adjusted CFM to 776 and cut the Y2 jumper on the board. He also checked the charge and lined the inside edges of the return grill with insulation tape. The system is now cold and as quiet as a mouse. GREAT JOB KEVIN.

Nathan and his apprentice were friendly and got the job done ASAP. Nathan is very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things, he also gave us some advice for winterizing pipes. We're very glad we gave him a try and will continue to call him for future services. Look no further if you need an honest and fair Master Plumber!

My air conditioning unit in my home went out in the middle of the summer and these guys came to my home so fast the same day and fixed it and got me up and running, Christian and Ricky are great!!! Last night i had a water heater leaking and they came to fix it temporarily and this morning to replace it. Definitely recommend!!

It is easy to make an appointment, you are informed when they are in transit to your house, and they arrive on time and ready to make the repair.I have had three of their plumbers perform work in my home and all were excellent. Most recently, I had them install a hot water heater in my current home as well as in a new home I recently purchased. The hot water heater at my current home involved a lot of extra work for Cole. He needed to install a drain line from the emergency overflow pan. Unfortunately, for Cole he had to do this in a crowded garage, and Cole did so efficiently and without complaint.After that difficult experience, I would not have blamed him if he had been reluctant to see me for another hot water heater installation. Instead, he arrived at my newly purchased home with a smile and great attitude. He worked hard over several hours to complete my work. I remain impressed.

Late on a Friday night my daughter called and said her electric water heater had a smell like plastic burning. I told her to turn it off at the breaker. Later she said the water heater had water spewing out of the top for a while. The next morning I called Austin Area Plumbing and told the lady who answered the phone that the unit was at least 15 years old and needed to be replaced. Also I wanted it to be checked because the inlet and outlet pipes were still hot to the touch. She was able to schedule a plumber to come out that day. Mycol arrived shortly after noon. I told him that if available I wanted a replacement unit with a long warranty, a drain pan, and an expansion tank. A unit was available, and Mycol gave me an estimate for the complete project. The work was completed that day at the price quoted. Mycol did an excellent and very professional job.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!

The toilet was leaking water from the base and flooding my bathroom. Mike came out within a couple of hours and was able to fix the leak. He unclogged the pipe and sealed up the toilet. He had all the parts in his van and was in and out of there with in about 2 hours. It was even on a Sunday. Thanks Mike! I would recommend Advanced Plumbing & Rooter Service.

Outside of AT&T, quite possibly the worst customer service you will ever experience. My story is far too long for a review but do know, I don't review lightly and this review is strictly to warn others and encourage them to source alternatives. It's like they didn't even want the job. Then I talked to other alternatives and they proceeded to list a litany of situations this company has screwed over others. It's laughable guys. Run!
