Brent, Jordan, and Jarrod did great work for a clog garbage disposal. I helped them myself to unclog my garbage disposal. Paid $165.00 for complete service. This service repair seems really high, especially for not replacing the garbage disposal unit itself. It was a very expensive service.

Jeff is my go-to for plumbing in SW Austin. He did some water heater work for us and he didn’t mind my prying and asking questions (I am a knowledge junky), his pricing is excellent and even though he is busy, he tries his best to accommodate your needs. Ive also texted him for referrals and advice on brands and services and he has been super responsive!

I hardly ever write reviews anywhere, for anything, and am pretty private (hence the weird Google name, lol), but had to for these guys. A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Robery installed a new toilet and fixed a leaking cleanout. He showed up on time and did an awesome job! Stan's has knoweledgable plumbers and are reasonably priced.

Water heater replacement was timely and cost-effective. Superlative service from an honest professional. Would highly recommend!

It is such a relief when you find a professional contractor that is communicative, does a good job, and doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need. We have used them twice now, and both times Raymond was very accommodating and professional. Highly Recommend!

I had one toilet needing a flapper and another needing the complete fill valve replaced. The very friendly intake person said she was unable to give me an estimate, not even an approximate idea of how much the repair may cost. I agreed to be paying the $79 fee for a person to come to give me the estimate and was assured this amount would be included in the repair cost. The person came, opened a price book, added up the items needed for the repair and the estimated time to complete the job. The estimate was in excess of $500!I declined the repair (seemed too expensive) I felt that this was a set-up because if the intake person had given me an approximate idea of the cost over the phone, I could have avoided paying $79 - an amount not easily forfeited.P.S. I did my own repair after going on line to see how it was done; the material costs were less than $20.

Fred and his team were very responsive installing new tankless water heaters that broke during the big snow storm. I called and VM was full but he text back and then called. Set me up for install the next day. Glad to have hot water again. He was referred to me by a friend who is a contractor. Glad I have a plumber I can depend on now.

Extremely professional and courteous , they took the time to show me what the problem was as well as explained what was necessary to fix the issues, they completed the job in a timely manner with the utmost respect for me and my home.
