Before arriving, I received a text with a picture of the technician which made it easy to confirm who I was letting in to my home. They came on time, discussed in detail how they were going to do the work and after completion confirmed it was done properly.

I have been using City Wide Services (mainly Jake Lippe) for My home and my apartment complexes for several years now. He always tries to be out the day I call even if he can't get there till 6 or 7 at night! excellent service I highly recommend this company and if you can get Jake even better. they are very reliable and will not over charge you which is always a plus in my book when dealing with over 70 units!!
