I called Abacus for some electrical issues i was having in my upstairs, garage and patio and I could not be happier with their service! From the receptionist to the technicians everyone was extremely friendly and were so communicative.I called several companies before Abacus and they all wanted $100 to one company even saying $500 just to come out and diagnose the issue. Abacus came out with no charge to diagnose the problem. When they came out it ended up being a simple reset and I wasn’t charged. I am so grateful I found an honest company that doesn’t nickel and dime you. I will absolutely recommend them and will be calling them for any future electrical needs!!

Wednesday before Thanksgiving, 4:00 in the afternoon, water coming through ceiling.I called Benjamin Franklin and they promptly sent Mike Greeninger our way.He has been amazing. Located our issues, provided solutions, stayed late...and did it all with a smile on his face. The best plumbing experience I have ever had.I can not recommend Benjamin Franklin and Mike Greeninger enough. They have a client for life.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
