The gate valve used for the main home owner water supply shut off was stuck partially open limiting water pressure to my home. Benjamin Franklin sent a plumber within several hours. Upon describing my water pressure issue Tim quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a game plan for repair. I appreciate his attention to detail and thorough explanation of the problem and how it is resolved. My home is now getting old enough that plumbing issues or going to be more frequent so it is good to know I have a professional to trust for repairs.

The technician was friendly, but I was quoted about $400 for a basic kitchen faucet replacement. I already had all the parts. It should take less than 1 hour for a professional...Complete rip off.I ended up paying the $89 service fee and declining...

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
