Best Backflow Prevention in Austin TX

Mr. Rooter is truly special, both among the Austin plumbers and among plumbers in the entire USA. Their service is immensely affordable, done quickly, and high quality. Consider me a huge fan.

First of all, the technician/plumber was nice and professional. The 2 days of cancellations of appointments, re-organizing our time for them, and then charging $350 to simply run a hand cranked auger through the line is ridiculously expensive. I will not use them again and will just find a neighborhood plumber. Not worth it.

Very professional and friendly

Terrible service. We had an issue with a clogged drain pipe and all they did was come out and unclog it. When I spoked to their team about what caused it, they told us it was because of wipes and feminine products, but we don't even throw those down the toilet so we were confused as to how that was the cause. We actually had the clog happen again a few days later on the weekend so we had to call another company that was open and they actually took a look at it and saw the pipe was broken. When I called Good Flow back about how their team gave me the wrong information they just said told us oh well. Before calling Good Flow, I HIGHLY SUGGEST calling Rescue Rooter or Radiant Plumbing, they're actually open on the weekend, their prices are much better and they aren't going to scam you out of a job and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Caleb was very responsive and easy to work with. He made our annual backflow testing a smooth experience. He was able to come out the same day and get the work done in a timely and professional manner. I will be using him in the future and highly recommend his serivces.

Mojica installed toilets, tub and faucets. Did a fantastic job. Always responsive and was easy to schedule. Everyone was professional from the office staff to the plumbers. I will call them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you!

I had a broken outside faucet.. leaking bad.. and they came out and fixed the faucet to the point they had to go under the garage slab and did a The Best Job. The owner came out to make sure everything was taken care of and I will use them again... they are our new plumber! Professional Quick and fair price! Love them!

Highly recommend! We had our toilet fixed, we needed them to come out for a further repair. While we were more than willing to pay for this service call and the extra repair they did, it was covered under warranty. They even went out and got extra parts. Amazing we are super happy please support this company
