Josh came exactly on time that was stated. He went above and beyond on the service , not only fixing our air conditioner but showing what was wrong at each step. Great experience! Our problem began with a clogged toilet. (First time I was NOT able to unclog a toilet.) Symptoms got worse, prompting the call for professional help. I called late at night, speaking to a live representative (that itself is refreshing these days). Another representative called me back the next morning as promised, ready to schedule a plumber immediately. Busy, I had to schedule the appointment for the next day. The dispatched plumber (Justin) was on time (actually a few minutes early, which was fine). He immediately identified the issue and course of action. I asked a lot of questions and he was very informative and knowledgable, allowing me to observe the entire process. His help was a blessing, as I had not the knowledge nor tools needed to resolve the issue. (The clog was in our front yard, between the clean out valve and the city sewer pipe.) While here, we discussed other minor issues in the house, and he answered every question, and ended up doing another minor repair for a great deal. I would definitely hire this company again, and recommend them for ANY plumbing issue.

Really fantastic experience with this plumber! He spent a great deal of time analyzing our low water and clogging issues and helped us identify the most affordable way forward. We did some of the demo ourselves and purchasing then he helped fix the issues and installed a new sink and toilets. He was also very careful about socially distancing, respectful, cheery and kind.

Zoom Drain Austin exceeded our expectations and provided fantastic service! We called to request assessment of several drains in our house and then cleaning for any blockages. Appointment setup was easy and they were very communicative about scheduling and arrival time. The technician was very kind and professional. His assessment was thorough and we ended up needing cleaning in three of the four drains we had assessed. He had all the equipment he needed and took pictures and videos from before and after so we could see how much more quickly the water drained. Quite a difference, we had no idea they were so bad. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone on need of service!
