We’ve been a customer of stans for five years now installing a brand new system. We have had 5 previous call outs regarding the newly installed ac. Recently we were experiencing a loud compressor noise coming from the unit. Abraham came out to inspect the problem. Ended up replacing the fan for 500 dollars… come to find out that was not the problem at all. Chris returned two days later and was able to replicate the noise we had been hearing. He cleaned the flow switch and it only took five minutes. In turns out stans heating in air is charging me 295 dollars for a callout that took five mins. I’m not happy with this experience and was only told that this is simply the price that I would be charged and there was no hourly charge. Disappointed doesn’t fit the discription I would personally not recommend using stans unless you want the run around and ridiculous charges they charged for THEIR misdiagnoses

He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the extra time and care to go into my tiny ceiling crawl space to check my duct work, as well as thoroughly clean my outdoor AC unit. These a holes called me in the morning and confirmed a 9-12 appointment only to not show and lie about my morning appointment when they were 1 hour late. They told me I was wrong about them giving me a morning appointment. Now, after reading the spot on bad reviews, I'm convinced. A bunch of liars and crooks.
