Radiant has always shown up ready to tackle any issues we are experiencing with pride, professionalism and attention. Daniel was great today getting right to the issue and sharing best practices on keeping our HVAC unit maintained. We valued his expertise and will continue to call on Radiant for any of our plumbing or HVAC needs. Thank you for the great customer service, Daniel! He took the time to explain not only once but twice for my husband on the issues. His patience and kindness is appreciated.

Mario of Daniel's Plumbing quickly diagnosed two problems in my house this morning. Not only was he quick to recognize the root causes, but he didn't mind my questions and gave comprehensive answers each time. I got the professional opinion that I was hoping for.

They extended a water line outside and a bbq gas outlet. Work took the whole day and I'm happy with the result.

I am a member of their HVAC maintenance program, cancelling tomorrow. One of my AC units stopped working. We called to get priority service that comes with the membership, they came next day, this was great. The woman that booked it on the phone stated explicitly there would be no charge for them to come out and assess what was wrong. The repairman showed up and checked things out but immediately kept telling me that I had an expensive system and this would not be cheap. Red flag #1. He went up to check the unit in the attic and within about 2 minutes came down and said the coils were leaking and they needed to be replaced. This took him almost no time at all.. Red flag #2. I told him that the coils had been replaced 2.5 years ago and they were probably under warranty.. he called immediately back to the shop to check. After the call he reported they were not under warranty and he didnt expect them to be anyways. He came back with a quote for $6300+ to replace the coils and a bunch of other things attached to the big unit in the attic. It was at this time he said that I needed to pay the service fee before he could leave. Red flag #3 and the trust was broken here. I told him that the woman on the phone told me that didnt apply ( I assumed because I was a member of their program). He said no, if he had to pull any tools out at all during the diagnostic that it did then apply. The only tool he pulled out was a voltage machine to check the power to the condenser, which I already told him I did myself.. so what other tools call for a $100 service fee? This was the exact moment I thought something was up. They would have gotten away with the $6300 charge if it wasnt for this. I reluctantly paid the service fee because I had to get back to work. I knew something was up with this rep so later that day I called another AC repair service to get a second opinion. They came the same day and confirmed it was the coils that failed and were leaking.. BUT they informed that the coils were STILL UNDER WARRANTY like I thought they were. All of the other things the Abacus rep said needed to be replaced was also false, per this company. The new quote from new company.. $1600. New company was Elite Air Conditioning and Plumbing. They came the very next day with the warranty coils, replaced them, cleaned everything in their path and on the way out and were way more trustworthy. They didnt try to upsell me anything like the abacus guy did AND didnt charge a service fee when I accepted their quote. Abacus has lost my trust. Cancelling my membership with them.

The first time Marshall Harris arrived to replace a board in my outdoor A/C unit, he was met with heavy rainfall, thunder and lightening. Needless to say, the thunderstorm persisted and he tried, but it was too dangerous to fix the unit. So, today he arrived on schedule and the sun was shining and the board was replaced and now my house is nice and cool and I am extremely happy! Thank You, Marshall and Stan’s Heating and A/C for your excellent service!

First visit, my water heater was not installed up to code. Took a half day off work to have someone come out to fix the issue in the afternoon, and he didn't show up until well after the time window (and well after the time I would have been off work anyway), only to tell me that he didn't have the time to fix everything that was wrong with it. He also told me that HE would personally be coming back to fix it and that he was going to call his supervisor about compensating me for the time I took off work, which never happened. So I get scheduled for another day, and I text the guy who said he would be coming back to fix it himself the morning I am scheduled for to confirm he is still coming and he said yes. Later that day, the same technician who installed it incorrectly the first time shows up to fix it. Okay...That same day (so I didn't have to take ANOTHER day off work for ineptitude), I also had people working in my attic for new insulation. The ARS technician told me he needed to go to Home Depot to get some supplies (which didn't make sense because he should have brought everything he needed with him if he had the report from the inspector outlining everything that was wrong). That was the last I saw of him. I had to call ARS to ask if he was coming back, and apparently the technician told ARS that he didn't have room to work because of the insulation guys, who were not in his way at all. There was a ladder in the garage to access the attic and that was it. So ARS finally sent another guy out after 7pm to fix the issue. And then I had to take more time off work to have it reinspected.I got saddled with ARS because I bought my water heater through home Depot and they contracted insulation through them. Never buying an appliance from Depot again.

I first reached out to Efficient Plumbing last winter (after reading their online reviews) when I had to get a new gas heater installed. The guys were reasonable, professional, courteous and punctual. Then, this year I got my evap serviced and my split system installed and the experience was great again. They even cleaned up after they were done, it was like they were never there.Don't remember the names of the guys in their who installed the heater or would have written their names as well. James, Kirsten and Tyson were all great when they were here a few weeks back doing the service and install. And not to forget, Kudos to your team members who installed the gas heating last year.Keep it up Michael & team.

Fast and prompt scheduling to address a leaky shutoff valve. Justin was a pleasure to work with, super efficient and prompt, a great communicator and he took time to answer my questions about the work, and even answered a few first-time homeowner plumbing questions I had unrelated to the valve repair. Elite will definitely be my go-to from here on out.

I have been a customer through 2 houses with Strand (back when the original brothers actually came to my house). It has been 18 years! Strand Brothers has a new policy where they send salespeople with techs to your house and spend that time trying to sell you upgrades and new systems, etc., which I did not ask for nor have time for. Nevertheless, while the tech was working on the repair, the salesperson was going throughout my house and looking at all my systems. In the process, they cut large squares in 3 of my AC units to show me what the inside looks like! I asked them if they were going to patch those up and they said of course. Turns out, they did not patch even one of the holes they cut without my permission (guess if I didn't have someone else look at it, I would be needing to replace all those AC units much sooner due to the holes they left in them). I will be terminating my maintenance plan and finding a new company to do business with. Completely unacceptable and all to try to push sales.

Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service. At this point after my first good encounter I don';t think I wont go anywhere else when I have a problem. I feel like they know my system now as well. Explained everything to me.

Jordan was very professional. Did the check up as expected from an expert, explaining key points to me. Found no issues and called it as it is. Did not try to upsell anything. This is a good first experience for me with Christianson.
