I had the unfortunate experience of losing hot water in my home. I called Mr Rooter and was pleasantly surprised by the person who answered the phone. She was courteous and professional and was able to get someone to my home within an hour. Bruce was the gentleman that arrived at my home. He looked over my water heater thoroughly and recommended replacing it versus repairing it due to the age of the water heater. I wasn’t surprised as it worked flawlessly for 22 years. Bruce gave me a price on the spot and said he could have it installed on the same day. He didn’t pressure me and offered me an opportunity to think it over and call back when I made my decision. There was NO calling back, when your wife wants a hot shower you get it done!!! Bruce left to pick up the water heater and parts needed. He came back in a timely manner and completed the job. Bruce was professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. Bruce far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr Rooter for any future repairs, of course I would request Bruce to come back to my home. He is a credit to his profession and refreshing to see someone with his work ethic. Overall a bad situation turned into a positive pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Bruce from the bottom of my heart and thank you Mr Rooter.

Prompt, efficient and good quality work.

Plumber was nice, came out by himself but seemed like he just wanted to leave after he couldn't fix the problem, and he just complained about having a long week ahead doing some big jobs. Promised someone would get a hold of me to send a team (2 plumbers) out who could go on my roof and snake out my pipe from the vent since he couldn't get it done from under the sink. 11 months later, still never heard a word. Paid $110 for about 30 minutes of their time, and no fixed sink.

Had a sewage grinder pump and basin installed when switching over from a septic tank to the County sewer line. They had a few delays due to the weather, but they made sure it was done right. Great people to deal with, and very trustworthy. I am very pleased with the work they did, and I highly recommend them!Used them once again, 2 years after my previous review. Called them due to a clogged drain, and once again, they did a fantastic job! Spoke with Jenna and she said that the earliest appointment was the next day, but she called me back in a few hours to let me know there was a truck on its way. Dalton and Caleb showed up right on time, and got the job done. This is a great company to do business with, and I could not be more pleased.

Steve is an exception to what I’ve encountered in the past 20 years here at The Beach.If you are looking to get the job done right, with a no nonsense price and a QUALITY job Steve is your new go to.I first found Steve 4 1/2 years ago as a referral through my realtor. I needed several jobs done in my home before we sold to relocate to Germany. I needed the jobs done in a timely manner with someone that I could trust and not at a huge price. I knew he would meet all those criteria within the first 5 minutes of talking to him.The jobs were done with no surprise costs. He kept me informed along the way as to what needed to be done AND he provided pictures both before and after for documentation... without having to ask for it.I recently moved back to PVB ( oh my goodness .. the traffic on A1A and the building west of the intracoastal has exploded since I’ve last lived here). Jimmy Cruz our service technician, was very professional and courteous, he came in and got right to work unclogging our kitchen drain, cleaned his work area when the job was completed and made sure we were satisfied with his work. My only complaint was with the scheduling and whom ever is responsible for scheduling those appointments because it took two days of phone calls and text before we were able to have the work done.

Called upon Monument Plumbing to replace my kitchen sink and faucet. Showed up on time and did GREAT work. Great attention to detail! Did a very thorough job right down to clean-up when the job was over .... To summarize.. No Runs, No Drips, No Error's! Would HIGHLY recommend Monument for ALL your plumbing needs.

This was the first time I used Griffin Service but I will spread the word how good they were. There is two words that comes to mind GREAT and OUTSTANDING.

Not good. They have been out two times and we still do no have clean water. 5 days now and they feel like we have well water so we don't need the treated water. No water going to ice machine, no water for our coffee maker. We have to go and buy water and ice. They will be back again in two days to try to fix it.We have been with Clearwater for over 20 years, always paid our bill on time. Nevertheless they can't get it fixed. We are renting their equipment. I hate leaving bad feed back, but why can't they after two trips fix their water filtration system, they could have put in a new filtration system. I have paid them enough money.My wife and I are now looking for someone who cares.
