Save thousands of dollars! Please do not hire this company.
The incompetent staff including the managers are deceiving customers.
They were hired to repair and add plumbing to a kitchen that had no drywall and easy access to all plumbing. They caused more damage than I can explain please see the pictures.

We only use Lettow Plumbing because they are honest and reliable. An honest plumber is a lot less expensive than a cheap plumber!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

I sent an internet request on a Sunday and was called that day (yesterday). Was told they had an opening the next day (today). I had a dripping shower. They were able to get here early today and fixed it in 15 minutes. Prompt, professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

PV Plumbing was responsive and efficient. I only have one gripe, stop charging extra to use a credit card. Just factor it into your costs. Other than that, great job.

Cameron installed my new softener system. Very detailed in his work and very respectful. Overall very happy with the job. He cleaned up everything once the job was completed and explained everything a home owner needs to know about the system.
