I had a water softener installed by Roland Reash Plumbing. After the job was completed and the plumbers left I had resin coming out of all my water lines. This is a brand new home and my lines were all of a sudden block from the resin because they installed it backwards. A second crew came back to fix the problem and also installed the filter on the softener backwards and could not unclog my lines and left at 10:30 PM. The next day another crew came back and replaced all my new sink faucets and toilet bowl parts and cleaned out all my lines the showers,dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator line for the ice. The pipes outside and inside were never wrapped or caulked leaving that for me to do. I never received a courtesy call from the owner to apologize and to see if everything was satisfactory. What a nightmare. I hope down the road this will not cause me a problem or a expense. I hired them because of their 5 star rating. I'm very dissatisfied with Roland Reash Plumbing

I used Top of the Line Plumbing for a plumbing inspection and also for a drain repair. Gavin, the owner went above and beyond with both to make sure they were done to code and completely correct with no issues whatsoever. They also replaced a hot water heater in my moms house and left everything cleaner then when they came. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

They did a great job fixing the plumbing on my trailer. It's so backed up and terrible just deplorable living conditions. But by the time I walked back here after (finally) receiving the phone call that Jason would be there to fix it he was already outside here doing work! He waited and didn't leave. Thank goodness, because St.John's property had been avoiding my place and fixing it because they knew the well water sewer system was so backed up here. Kind respectful considerate of my experience here and I would highly recommend Brian and Jason from Bert Norman's Plumbing and the entire company to fix anything that is wrong with your place. Great customer service skills with everyone who I dealt with. I would NOT recommend renting from St.John's properties out of any of their places but I'm located in Nassau County Florida on Amelia Island. I called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on how much it would cost to have them come and fix a busted pipe that had partially flooded my house. After talking with the receptionist my husband told me not to call a plumber so I did not book them. About 20 minuets after I received a phone call from Hosea who was very nice and went above and beyond to help me. At the time he called I was struggling to figure out what supplies I needed to get. I told him that my husband wanted to fix it and he was supportive and listed to what was going on. He did not just hang up the phone and go on with his day, he walked me through everything I needed to get and took about a half an hour to help me find the supplies. If you need a plumber look no further!!
