I’ve known Chris Lettow for a few years now. He’s always done an amazing job at one of my previous restaurant jobs. I called him in regards of an issue with some cast iron plumbing in my house. He sent over two of his guys, John and Spencer. They were both very polite and professional. The problem was fixed and I’m very satisfied with the result. They were very professional and did amazing work. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I contacted them very first thing in the morning with water over flowing and they sent a tech out right away. I had just purchased the house a week before and they found collapsed piping in the front yard. Did a complete pipe in the front yard the same day. I recently moved to Ponte Vedra Beach and spoke to several companies about putting in a water softener. I had used a different company for several decades but decided it was time for a change.Steve came out and explained the differences between his company and the others, explained at length about the mechanics of the machines and the process of water softening. I asked LOTS of questions and he patiently answered them all.He installed the appropriate softener, after assuring me that I did NOT need the upgrade (what company every does THAT?). He did the work immediately, has returned several times to check on the equipment and has always been happy to answer all of my questions.I have the utmost confidence in Steve!

Our tub drain had completely disintegrated. They were upfront about the cost which was reasonable. They did a great job replacing it and we are very satisfied with the work. So much so, that we decided to go ahead and get estimates for a kitchen sink and faucet upgrade.

Great plumbers fast friendly affordable..

Insurance company called American Leak Detection, they came out quickly but I was told they could not detect any leaks. Insurance paid on this report. When workers opened the shower wall up they found two pipes leaking between the shower wall and bathtub! I would call someone else if I ever thought I had a leak somewhere in the walls.
