It would be under my husband name of James Maguire, dates of service was 8/22 and 8/25 for the same problem of water backing in the master bathroom in the tub and toilet. Told us the problem was solved, two weeks later same backup. Don't waste your money on this company, we had a calcium stone that was blocking the drain after we call a another company.

David Wilson did a wonderful job, pumping and cleaning, our grease trap. In the pass we had a lot of grease trap cleaner come out. Not a single one did as good as divid did. Ty I will make sure to call him in the future.

I want to say that this company is excellent. Cam was my technician today and I was most impressed with his dedication, efficiency, professionalism and his correcting any mishaps he discovered. I feel confident in the workings of my AC units after his care.Jeremy came to service the split mini in the She Shed. He assessed the situation from the symptoms I gave him. Got right on it. It needed some adjustments and refrigerate. I also like that he explained everything to me as he went along. When he left the Douglas heat pump was working beautifully. I highly recommend his work!

I am a manager for a small business and we had a pipe burst in the men's room. I called our usual plumber who in essence said they were slammed and couldn't help me. Meanwhile, water was spewing out of the wall and a flood ensued in our hall. I then called Bert Norman's Plumbing and the lady said they were also busy but as mine was an emergency she would dispatch the next available plumber. Within the hour he was here fixing it. The cost was reasonable for the work done and customer service was wonderful. I will call them the next time I have a plumbing problem.
