Who brags about their Plumber? I do. I just had Luli and Albi restore my hot water by replacing a defective Rheem tankless unit with a new Rinnai masterpiece. They were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. BTW, I have used Turner on 3 separate occasions. Each excellent. Always to repair or fix another companies shoddy product, workmanship or both.

Anthony was so sweet and professional. He helped my roommate and me with our showers, sinks, and my toilet. It was a pleasure. Thank you again!!

Update:After my prior review relating to the trip charge, Nikki from Swift Brothers reached out to me and tried to earn my business so I'd thought I'd give them a try. They seemed eager to earn my business and I appreciated that.They had a next day opening which would have been great, but I had a scheduling conflict so got a slot the day after next between 12pm and 4pm. I was surprised when I got an automated email then a call from the plumber around 9:30 am letting me know they were on the way and 20 minutes out. No worries, fortunately I was home, and better to have an early plumber than a late one or a no-show!Plumber arrived, was polite & professional, and ready to work. I explained the job, received and accepted the on-site estimate which was explained clearly, and work got under way. I was very pleased so far and Swift Brothers would have earned a five star review had it not been for two things.First, when moving the new toilet into the bathroom, the plumber cornered the toilet too hastily, hitting the tile wall and breaking a corner tile on the doorway. My heart instantly sank. Accidents do happen, it wasn't intentional, and I did receive a verbal apology - however it doesn't change the fact that my vintage 1958 bathroom with original tile which was in good condition and survived intact since Dwight D. Eisenhower was President is now damaged in an obvious spot for no good reason. So now I have the new unwanted project plus the added expense of trying to source a replacement corner tile of matching color and finish, and then finding a tile contractor to extract the broken tile and install the new one in order to bring my vintage bathroom back to its full glory. That is, assuming I'm ever able to find a replacement corner tile that matches. I almost expected a discount due to the damage, but in reality no discount would of really made up for the time and cost I will expend fixing this.The other issue and reason why I cannot give a more positive review, is that I noticed the toilet would run about every 60 seconds. I wasn't sure if this repetitive drain/fill cycle was a due to defective toilet or an installation issue. Before leaving, the plumber tested many flushes, but never waited very long between each flush. I called Kohler, the maker of my toilet, they are sending a replacement canaster thinking it was defective. Not wanting to wait almost a week over a holiday weekend with a constantly running toilet, I pulled out the installation instructions I saved and started investigating the inside to the toilet to see if there was anything I could do in the interim. Ended up that the inside components needed to be tuned and adjusted properly. I needed to adjust the float to match the canaster fill line and adjust the lever chain to be correct length so the rubber seal on the canaster makes contact where the water drains out. After I did those two things, the toilet stopped draining and refilling on its own. Simple enough and easy fix, but not something I'd expect to have to do after just having a toilet professionally installed.Overall, this ended up being a mixed bag. If this is Christian Brothers Heating and Air, DBA Christian Brothers Construction Group, and you are considering them for air duct work. Don't.I am in the middle of renovating my house and have had dealt with many contractors - from foundation, to plumbing, to AC, to wood floor restoration, chimney work, landscapers, you name it - and this was by far my worst experience from start to finish.Hoping they will write me back to remedy the workmanship.

This guy was obnoxious. He said because the outside of my toilets were not sparkling clean, it was against the law for him to remove my toilets. I told him I recently had surgery and cleaning the toilets was impossible, he said he would do me a favor and take them anyway when I tried to move things out of his way, he objected and told me to get out of his way. Between the office staff of Delta Mechanical Plumbing and this guy, DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT TO INSTALL ANYTHING IN YOUR HOUSE!

We have been a Donovan Heat & Air customer since 1997. In our current home, it was time to update our current AC needs and replace our duct work and vents. Although we have been always sastisfied with Donovan, we chose to get 3 bids and recommendations regarding the scope of repairs and work.With that process done, it was a easy choice to continue our trust in Donovan for our air conditioning needs. Our sales person, Aaron Thacker, was easy to work with and very responsive to our questions when needed and made it all happen. The installation team consisted of many team members to make sure our project was done in a timely fashion. Every member was respectful and seemed to work well together. The lead Tech, Dillon, was always available and kept us informed on the progress of the work and transparency on the job being done. Dillon represented the company well. Thank you.

Called around 2 on Sunday..Told receptionist problem said yes they could do but plumber on another call. Waited all day and got a call from plumber at 4 saying that he couldn’t help they would have to rent machine. I asked about website claiming they could do that type of work and was told well we have to rent the equipment so can’t do. Was left with no recommendations or anything and was told that the lady that answered the phone know nothing about what type of jobs they do. This was by far the craziest thing I have ever heard. How can u offer services but can’t deliver and people that have no idea what the company does. Left hanging is just unprofessionally. I wouldn’t bother calling if you need any plumber service.

PV Plumbing beats all the rest! After several attempts trying to get to the bottom of tankless water heater problems, Dave was reliable, honest and forthcoming about options and next steps. He came back at no charge to further diagnose and work directly over phone with Rheem.....of which I do not have time to do nor am I qualified. He also cares & follows-up which is unheard of in today's service industry. Thanks to Dave & PV Plumbing for being a text message away and for the outstanding service! !

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
