Great work by those who came out. My only concern is the miscommunication. I take part responsibility as I initiated the request for service through what I later realized was the owners number, not the office. We agreed on a day for service. I called day of service (the office this time) to see when they would be out and was told I was scheduled for the next day. I have 4 out of 5 because had I not called to ask when to expect them I would not have known they were coming the next day. They did for me in the day I provisionally thought they were coming. Thank you.

Eddie came to our home to install 4 New Toto toilets. We are in a new home and the toilets that were put in by the builder were causing all kinds of problems. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. We also called Premier plumbing to install our water softener. What a wonderful company to deal with. Everyone is so pleasant and so professional. Thank you Eddie for a job well done!

If this is Christian Brothers Heating and Air, DBA Christian Brothers Construction Group, and you are considering them for air duct work. Don't.I am in the middle of renovating my house and have had dealt with many contractors - from foundation, to plumbing, to AC, to wood floor restoration, chimney work, landscapers, you name it - and this was by far my worst experience from start to finish.Hoping they will write me back to remedy the workmanship.

They were at the house within 20 minutes of calling the company to request service. The guys were very professional, quick with the repair and cleaned up behind themselves….would have never known they had even been in the house.

They charged us 1.5 hours for 1 hr of work, we called to ask why and they said they charged us for the drive to get to us, all in all they charged us 400 just to top off the freon, place is a rip off.

Had them replace my disposal. Good work at fair price.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
