Scheduling the service call was easy, they called when on the way, they were on time, the service tech was professional, courteous, and clean. He explained everything, got right to work, finished quickly AND went above and beyond to clean up afterward - even cleaned up the mess I had made when I tried to fix the problem myself! On top of all that, the price was below what I was expecting. All in all, they far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

I had a fairly small job ... leaking valve in the master shower and an improperly installed handle from a different company. Called RRP John came out quickly and did a great job at a fair price ... I was so happy with their work that I asked them to replace my hot water heater. They scheduled the work within 4 hours, this time Mike took care of it and again the price and quality exceeded my expectations. Use these guys, they are great at their craft.

Very good work. Usually, having a new service person out to my house is extremely stressful, but Josh made it very stress-free with professional, friendly, and attentive service. Great pricing with no guess-work or special deals that aren't so special. I will be recommending this company and service person and using them in the future!

These guys really know what they are doing. They were on time very professional and kept me informed of everything that they were doing. The job that they did for me turned out to be quite a bit more involved than it was first thought to be but we were able to work out the details and they did the job for me at a very affordable price. (Relocate and install a new water heater). They were all very courteous and unlike other contractors I have dealt with kept the work area very clean and took the time to pay attention to even the smallest of details. Gavin even addressed another issue that I was having with my water pressure and was able to take care of it for me while completing the task at they were there to do ( Bonus for me). I would highly recommend TOP OF ThE LINE PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs. And as always, remember you get what you pay for. I did find some other lower priced contractors but they wanted to use off name brand equipment and were not going to give me the same warranty could not work on my schedule and I doubt I would have been any where near as satisfied with the quality of workmanship I received from Gavin and his guys.

I called Oconnor’s with a septic problem he had it fixed the same day. He and his employees were courteous and professional. Reasonable prices. I will use them again!!!

This business is GREAT!!! Definately CALL THESE GUYS!!!! I don't usually do reviews but I had to with these guys. I called and they we kind and courtious. She got me a non-emergency call the next day to pump out my septic tank.Rob & Tommy came out and had to find the trap to the septic tank. There were plants all around it. They were able to get it done without injuring my plants. And Rob & Tommy very quickly found and fixed the problem I was having and pumped out the septic tank. USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Spencer and his crew Have done numerous jobs for us and have always done a great job.

We call Jacob and was out within an hour. It took some time but he explain some things that we didn't know, realize that could help us in the future. Real reasonable, and definitely would use them again in the future.
