Had sewage backing up into the showers and toilets overflowing on New Years eve! Technician Jay Wade showed up within an hour. He had to unclog the sewer line both inside and outside. Jay is very professional. I intend to give all plumbing work going forward to Mr Rooter. Jay and Mr. Rooter saved the day. Thanks.

When we called for a plumber the receptionist was prompt with telling me they could get a plumber out to our home right away. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of our call. The very first thing the plumber asked while still in my driveway was, Are you on a septic tank? I told them that yes we did have a septic tank and started to tell them the issues we were having with gurgling toilets. They walked straight out to the backyard to look at the septic tank without even going into the house. They dug around for a bit and informed me that the septic tank is full and needs to be pumped and they do not work on or drain septic tanks. That will be $95. If they didn't do septic tanks then they should have told me from the beginning that they didn't do septic tanks. The plumber literally never even looked at our toilets, the reason we called them to begin with. I feel like I was taken advantage of. They knew they didn't work on septic systems and yet they didn't tell me that until after they went to my back yard and looked at the tank. I'm not even confident that is the issue or the entire issue. They wanted to collect the $95 for doing nothing. Again, I should have been told before the work started that they didn't work on septic systems but they just wanted to collect a fee for not doing a job. Very disappointed

I had no water running in my house and called Bert’s and they scheduled someone to come out within the next two hours after I called. My husband and I spent all day on this pump and finally found the issue right after Bert’s called and said tech was on the way. I was extremely fortunate to have them not charge me service fee to come out and they’ve definitely earned my business with their customer service and efficiency. Thanks guys

I would recommend DL Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, dependable and reasonably priced. I had a recurring problem since moving in my home 3 months ago and after hiring twin other plumbers it was still not resolved. Mark from DL Plumbing came out and did the job and I haven’t had any problems ever since. I’m confident that the work he did is just what my plumbing needed to function properly. He cleared a shower that was backed up, two toilets and also installed a new pressure assisted toilet and faucets. I am very pleased with the work.
