Excellent!!!

I requested a quote to repipe my home and even though they came out the same day to give me an estimate, I never heard from them again. I was supposed to get the estimate in an email the next day but there was no email. 2 days later I called to check on the estimate and gave them my email again, in case they mistyped it, I was told I would receive it that day or the next day latest and still nothing after almost two weeks. Obviously they didn't want to do the job but at least have the curtesy to call and tell me instead of wasting my time waiting for a call or email. I could've hired another company much sooner. This is not the way to run a company.

I had a clogged drain and had tried everything. I called, they were able to send someone out the next day. Their team was very courteous and professional. Excellent work, they were very efficient time wise, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs and refer my family and friends.

Put in our service request last night, the office called this morning and scheduled us for next Monday. As luck would have it, they made it happen today/Wednesday. Have our new kitchen faucet in as well as having a service checkup done. Office staff and Henry are the best to deal with. absolutely great service and very reasonable.. always heard about bad experiences when people had to call a plumber. none of that with hertzers. glenn the tech very professional and had us fixed and water back on quick. the bill was very fair and reasonable. highly recommend hertzers for any plumbing needs.
