Best Heating Systems in Jacksonville FL

We were having some issues with our septic system searched on Google and came across Duck Duck rooter. The reviews were spectacular so we went with them. My initial review was not going to be a glowing review. However they turned it around drastically! The first set that came out were apparently helpful and knowledgeable and more then willing to explain the issues with my spouse. The second visit was to repair another issue. The employee was knowledgeable and more then willing to explain how it all worked to me. I highly recommend them...solidly based off of the service techs that provide a plethora of information!

Russell called to let me know he was on the way. My kitchen sink was clogged. He determined the problem was in the pipes and cleared it quickly. He was careful to keep the work area clean and dry. He even asked if I had a broom and dishpan to clean up.Russell was very professional and took time to answer all our questions.I will use Swift Brothers Plumbing in the future and recommend them to others.

We recently used McKendree's Plumbing during our (unplanned) renovation. The employees who came out were so understanding to all of the moving parts, so patient and thorough with all of the fine details. I appreciate all they did in helping to complete the job.

Plumber was nice, came out by himself but seemed like he just wanted to leave after he couldn't fix the problem, and he just complained about having a long week ahead doing some big jobs. Promised someone would get a hold of me to send a team (2 plumbers) out who could go on my roof and snake out my pipe from the vent since he couldn't get it done from under the sink. 11 months later, still never heard a word. Paid $110 for about 30 minutes of their time, and no fixed sink.

Great company to work with. Fast response, came two days in a row to fix a persistent leak problem, very reasonable pricing for the job and the entire crew was really great to work with. I even had them install a kitchen faucet while this was going on. Thanks guys!

Editing my original review: First time they came out it was a great experience and a great price. Unfortunately, the second visit (for something different) was a very different experience. It was for a small clog that turned into a big problem, which certainly happens, but the tech wasn’t sure how to fix it, so he had to call his boss (who was in a meeting). When the tech got ahold of his boss a while later, he wondered around my property chatting on the phone, then cleaned up and left without telling me the cost or options. I got charged for the time he spent trying to figure out his job and for that time on the call. If a tech doesn’t know how to do a job, I’d suggest he leave so I’m not charged extra for a how-to-do-my-job 30 minute call.

James’ work was preformed clean and very knowledgeable on answering all my questions!

Just had Justin come out to our house to replace our old water heater. He did a great job and was very professional! He was informative and timely. A technician was sent out the same day we called to get it replaced.

Will and Alex came out to fix a clog we had. They were super knowledgeable, handled everything and even cleaned and put everything back how it was. Would recommend and will work with them again for any plumbing issues (hopefully none) in the future!

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.
